A random thought...

Kaeda laughed at the fact that after Camp started, I pretty much did not keep up with my blog. That, my friends, tells you how busy one gets when one works at Camp MayMac!

Anyway, Camp was great!

I don't plan to post on this blog in a while.

I Have arrived at Camp MayMac...

Well, after a long flight back from Morocco, I am now serving at CityTeam Ministries Camp MayMac.

We going through some intense training and team building to prepare us for working together during the next 7 or so weeks. Today for example, we were woken up at 5:30 AM and made to go out onto the field. We then had to crawl on the wet grass while the sprinklers were on. We also took turns holding a large plank of wood over our heads for 3 minutes at a time. Ironically, they call this plank 'misery'!

What does this have to do with KIDS???? Sometimes I wonder : ) .

Seriously though, I know that there will be very difficult times with campers this summer and the more prepared we are the better!

Pray for me and the staff, that we would be ready to love the young people who come to Camp MayMac.
